Our commitment to lawful, sound trade

As a company engaged in international trade, we treat compliance with applicable laws as a precondition of every transaction. We conduct all business under the following four pillars.

Trade Compliance

We comply with the laws and procedures governing imports and exports, including Japan's Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act, the Customs Act, and Basel-related regulations, and confirm all required licenses and filings before executing a transaction.

Export Control

We screen goods against list controls and catch-all controls, and verify end-use and end-users. We decline transactions where concerns cannot be resolved.

Anti-Bribery

We prohibit bribery of public officials in Japan and abroad, including improper benefits provided through agents or intermediaries.

Anti-Social Forces

We maintain no relationship whatsoever with anti-social forces. Our contracts include organized-crime exclusion clauses, verified at onboarding and on an ongoing basis.
